Don has over 40 years of experience in strategic urban planning, urban governance, and large-scale development advisory. His leadership has guided complex urban development projects in Australia and across the Middle East through Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar, with extensive tenure in senior consulting roles and public sector reform. Don has worked for, or advised, the world’s leading urban and engineering development companies, ministerial agencies, and high-profile planning commissions.
